A large clockwise chopper blade is stacked over a counter-clockwise blade with buzz bait rivets that just touch enough to make a lot of racket and shredded water! Pair with either a sinking or floating baitcast fly with a medium steady retrieve or pulse it on top using any floating baitcast fly!
