Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We do not accept returns for custom orders, assembled Choice Snagless Bucktail products (excluding stock Delta Surface Models), and assembled Bucktail Blade Add-Ons. Lure patterns may vary slightly than pictured due to availability and quality of materials, we will do our best to inform you if there are more drastic changes to any pattern sold.
Shipping
Domestic U.S. orders will incur a flat rate of $10.00.
All orders to Canada ship First Class and incur a flat fee of $23.75. We will refund the difference once your order has shipped.
Once our wait list is satisfied, most orders will be fulfilled in 1-2 days and shipped the following day. We will contact you with an order update if handling time exceeds 3 days unless a waiting list is being handled, see notes on the top of the screen. If you would like to request expedited shipping options, please contact the shop directly before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request.
