This specialized X-Changer build is a modular muskie jig. The bucktail body is capped with a custom foam head with a split ring pulled through the nose. For a weight forward dive, a 1/4 oz brass weight comes installed on the underside behind the head. In the rear is a weedless 5/0 VMC siwash hook for REALLY getting stealthy into the cover. Vinyl tubing keeps the rear hook firmly out the back without hinging. These are also a fantastic throwback bait for following fish. Have it at-the-ready for when the next fish goes veering away from the boat!
